POSTE /CARRIÈRE

We are looking for young talents, laureates, certified professionals specialized in SEO techniques to support our digital marketing strategies.
Reporting to the Marketing Department, the candidate will support the execution of web marketing efforts in lead acquisition and SEO optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with our webmaster team to ensure that SEO objectives are effectively achieved.
The selected candidate for this internship will be responsible for performing technical and SEO audits, keyword searches and analytics, as well as deploying content and other local platforms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the optimization of blog pages including managing and improving the visibility of content, executing the SEO strategy, preparing analyses and reports on site performance, as well as developing and tracking
campaigns.
Candidates must have the ability to implement search engine strategies and new practices in optimization, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
You are passionate about social networks, from creativity and deciphering algorithms to analyzing user experience and deploying content and inbound link strategies.

Technical skills:

  • Optimize blog posts and other content according to SEO best practices.
  • Maintain and manage our blog by keeping a constant flow of scheduled posting calendar. 
  • Coordinate with our webmaster and designer.
  • Distribute content on social media and other distribution channels.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with marketing platforms like Hootsuite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Practical Knowledge of SEO Audit platforms & tools

Education background:

Completed a college degree or a professional certification in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, web marketing or
similar training.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator or other visual design tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Understand the principles of Advertising, Marketing and Branding, both Traditional and New Media.
Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
Make wireframes, storyboards, user process flows & sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
Frontend Development
Should have knowledge of design guidelines, best practices and standards
Professional written and interpersonal skills
Continued education and research into Latest trends and current design strategy and technology
Should have done a minimum of 8-10 live websites.

Job Description
The digital marketing professionals play a specialized role as part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building, and conversion. This position is responsible for working as part of the Digital Marketing team to deliver strategic marketing plans and execute appropriate tactics (websites/Landing pages design, content writing, SEO, SEM, Display, social media, etc.) for a select group of clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • A strong understanding of inbound marketing and a passion for Internet and marketing technology
  • Performance-based digital marketing experience (specifically focused on setting up Sales funnels – web traffic management, lead generation, conversion)
  • Experience in developing and executing all major social media platforms content, posting, and interaction strategies to generate inbound leads as well as increase exposure (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
  • Expertise in writing social posts, website, blog posts and email marketing messages.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics, and all performance marketing KPIs.
  • Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets.
  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills.

 

Passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role. Discipline in execution and follow-up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement. Strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable. Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction, and the relationship would be appreciated.

The candidate will be trained in job specific skill requirements during the induction and probation period. Strong Performance based Incentives and team targets will form an integral part of the job.

Job Description
We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.


Responsibilities

  • Create free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.


Requirements

  • BA/BJMC degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
  • A dual-minded approach: need to be highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Oversee business development initiatives from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase.
  • Run end-to-end pitch process, including assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients, and creating written RFP responses.
  • Understand client business goals and strategic imperatives and help the pitch team develop strategic deliverables including written and creative assignments that represent the client’s needs.
  • Maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective agencies
  • Expand contacts with key client executives and maintain strong post-engagement relationships introducing new opportunities accordingly.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.
  • Participate in strategic development of new business.


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA (Marketing) with B.Tech (Computer Science) degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development of Web and Digital services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be Social network savvy
  • Good knowledge of Web Design, Web Application Development & Customized Development, Digital Marketing etc.
  • Ability to manage and mentor.
